Haunted Rossendale - Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Cancellation Of Events By You for yourself, or on behalf of a party

If you cancel any event booking with Haunted Rossendale Ghost Hunting Company

(hereafter known as Haunted Rossendale) then the following refund policy applies:

If you cancel a fully paid booking up to 8 weeks before the event date we will issue a

full refund less 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

If you cancel a fully paid booking up to 6 weeks before the event date we will issue a

full refund less 70% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF THE EVENT DATE.

In all instances refunds may take up to 30 days to be issued.

Event Transfer Policy

Should you find you cannot attend an event then you may be permitted to transfer to

an alternative; transfer requests will only be permitted once; subsequent transfer

requests for the same original event date will not be accepted.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Haunted Rossendale accept or honour transfer

requests that occur within 6 weeks of your original event date, and no refunds will be

given.

If you cannot attend an event you are advised to notify us as soon as possible,

regardless of when the event is taking place.

If you cannot agree to this Cancellation & Refund policy then do not use this site and

do not book an event.

Cancellation Of Events By Haunted Rossendale

Whilst we will always try to ensure an event goes ahead, due to circumstances beyond

our control cancellations may be unavoidable.

If Haunted Rossendale cancels an event due to circumstances beyond our control we

will notify you of the cancellation, and you will be offered a place on an alternative

event.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED OR GIVEN and Haunted Rossendale will NOT

be held liable for costs incurred to you and/or your party arising from cancelled

accommodation bookings or travel arrangements.

Accommodation Advice

Haunted Rossendale STRONGLY ADVISES that you take out insurance cover (if

offered) at the time of booking your accommodation; if due to reasons beyond our

control an event is cancelled such insurance cover will protect your accommodation

booking, enabling you to request and receive a refund.

These terms and conditions are written in line and governed by UK laws.

Haunted Rossendale may alter these terms and conditions at any given time and

without prior notification being given.
